1. Regularly check crusher wear condition of enter material pipe, hat conic, and liner, circular plate, and wear-resistant of vane. If there is severe wear condition, we should change them in case of hindering production with serious breakdown of machine.

2. Lubricate machine after about 400 hour operation, clean bearing parts with 2000 hour operation, and change bearing parts with 7200 hour operation.

3. Protect worker safe by stopping machine in maintaining machines.
