Common stone of 0-5, 1-2, 1-3 stones should be controlled by machine. Stone crushing machine can have different types with its own structure and working principle and have various material sizes. I will brief you as follows:

 

Jaw crusher

With the common coarse machine, jaw crusher works with vertical bar motivating two brackets and controlling jaw plate move to fixed jaw plate to squeeze, split, and flex. As bracket and fixed jaw plate step back, crushed ore will be discharged. Discharging gate will have the wear condition with long term operation that will have large sized material discharge. As to this problem there are two controlling ways.

Shims adjust: installing shim between bearing and machine bracket backward wall that you can control discharge material size with changing shim number. Many large and medium jaw crushers use this way.

Wedge adjusts: installing two wedges between bearing and machine bracket for small jaw crushers.

 

Impact crusher

Without sieve disk, impact crusher has less water demand that can crush huge water content and high hardness materials. It is with high crushing ratio, and fine finished material shape in secondary crushing. Impact crusher can adjust discharging material size with many ways of adjusting rotating speed and the gap of impact plate and mill chamber. It can crush material many times with impact force and then discharge under the crushing chamber.

 

Hammer crusher

 Hammer crusher mainly crushes material with hammerhead, and they were controlled material size with sieve disk but have the problems of clogging and wear condition. Now hammer crusher always adopt adjustable liner to control discharge material size with smooth material discharge, high capacity, and high efficiency.
