As for the gravel aggregate production line in the stone quarries, short process means low investment and much profit. All the suppliers of stone crusher plant are trying efforts to design the production line as short as possible while maintaining the quality of final products, such as fine gravel and aggregate. Here we would like to share three pieces of advices for optimizing the stone production line in the quarries.

1. Raw Materials Conveying Distance

Traditionally, the raw materials shall be first conveyed by the belt conveyor for a certain distance before they finally enter into the hopper. In the newly-designed production line, the raw materials are directly poured into the hopper from the truck, which greatly improves the efficiency; however, the materials shall be fed evenly so as to avoid clogging. In summary, the stone production process can be shortened by reducing the number of belt conveyors.

2. Crushing and Production Process

In the crushing process, Dingli new two-stage hammer crusher machine, with integrated function of crushing and shaping, may replace previous combination of cone crusher (jaw crusher) and impact crusher. In this way, it not only reduces much energy consumption but also speeds up the production process, resulting in increase of economic benefit. 

3. Materials Discharge Process

Previously the finished materials are transported to the trucks by the forklift, which increases the transportation cost and extends the production procedure. The new gravel aggregate production line adopts automatic system for loading and selling the final products. In the production line where outlet is far from the production area, the belt conveyor is adopted to convey the materials without producing pollution to the environment.
