In this ever-changing era, the enterprises should dare to try, adhere to innovation and walk in the forefront of the development of the industry so as to maintain sustainable competitiveness. I. Modern solution design

a. Stone crusher plant adopts rock as raw material and many of the projects are located in the mountains. Previously it consumes much energy and time for more than one mapping staff to survey the terrain by carrying heavy equipment, in order to improve such situation, we utilize the drone for aerial photography and scanning the surrounding terrain to facilitate measurement work.

b. After obtaining the topographic data, the designers first make a flow chart of the stone crushing plant and then submit it to the 3D design department to prepare a bird's eye view, which accurately describes the configured location of all the equipment involved in the production and the overall afforestation, therefore, the customer can get knowledge of the solution in a more clear and intuitive manner.

II. Intelligent management model

a. The new stone crushing plant is equipped with a central control system which can realize one-key start-up, motor protection and automatic lubrication. At the same time, it can test the speed, temperature and current of the equipment to minimize the failure rate and ensure smooth operation of the production line.

b. With advanced-configured cloud monitoring system, the central control operator can clearly observe the stone crusher plant equipment operation even in the night or seriously hazed days.

c. Mobile APP is specially developed for the new stone crusher plant. Integrated with real-time video, field equipment observation and sales management functions, it allows operators to view the running status of the stone production line anytime, anywhere, making flexible and remote management possible.

a. The stone crusher plant adopts overall closed production mode, effectively reducing the dust spill in the material crushing, screening and conveying processes so as to meet national for green mines.

b. Dust removal equipment (dust removal efficiency up to 98%) are installed in the main dust points; planting trees in the plant and its periphery for dust removal and noise reduction, greatly improving the plant environment.

IV. Automated material sales

a. The new stone crusher plant is generally equipped with a special material sales system. Replacing the manpower, the conveyor and silo is utilized for loading, which reduces dust and energy consumption.

b. Through scanning card, the driver can complete material loading and filter weighing on its own. This not only puts an end to cheating & overload, but also eases the low efficiency of manual accounting and high error rate.
