The following is common equipment and configuration for construction waste production line.

1. Feeding equipment: vibrating feeder is common type for uniformly feeding materials. It plays an important role in maintaining steady operation of the whole production line. The hourly capacity ranges from 10 to 500 cubic meters.

2. Crushing equipment: crusher is vital equipment for processing construction waste. Heavy-duty hammer crusher or impact crusher are two common types with sound crushing effect. They both can crush bulk materials into 25mm or less for once.

3. Vibrating screen: circular vibration screen is widely applied to screen the crushed building waste into different sizes.

4. Sand washing machine cleans the finished materials on the principle that light materials always float. It can be used to improve quality of finished gravel.

5. Fine sand recycler can be applied to recycle 85% of drained fine sand.
