With fast development of national economy, the building industry also develops quality, especially construction of large national projects, urban buildings and road & railway. The construction crushers are necessary from exploitation of raw materials to final demolition of buildings. The common types for crushing building materials are described as below:

Heavy Hammer Crusher

The crushing equipment is classified based on its crushing principle and particle sizes of finished materials. Currently, the common types include jaw crusher, impact crusher, vertical impact crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, ring hammer crusher, heavy-duty hammer crusher, roller crusher and composite crusher. Among them, jaw crusher is generally for primary crushing, impact crusher and hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing while the roller crusher for fine crushing. Through survey and comparison, we find that heavy-duty hammer crusher is most widely used. It is trusted and welcomed by many customers due to its unique advantage in every stage of building industry.
1.Heavy hammer crusher is more widely applied for crushing raw building material and construction waste. Meanwhile, it can be separately used for shaping materials.
2.Heavy hammer crusher is suitable for the materials with 15% content of water. The addition of water can prevent dust from flying and protect health of on-site workers and nearby residents.
3.With assembly structure, the heavy hammer crusher can be easily moved. Besides, it is also featured by convenient maintenance, wear-resistant parts and long service life.
4.Compared with jaw crusher, heavy hammer crusher consumes 60% power for producing the same quantity of finished material.
