Circular vibrating screen is widely used in large stone crusher plants. With increasing infrastructure construction, it is inevitable to proceed production even in hot summer. Under high temperature, it is required to note potential dangers and take corresponding measures.
The sun screen should be added on the sieve in hot weather to prevent sunshine since the equipment can be easily worn or damaged though long-term insolation. Stop the machine for a while if it is too hot.
The core spare parts should not be too hot, otherwise, it will cause potential dangers. For example, if the vibration exciter is excessively hot, the exciting force can not be adjusted, resulting in too fast or slow conveying of material. Under such circumstance, immediately take cooling measures. If the exciter is seriously damaged, timely replace it with a new one.

Vibrating Screen Adopted in Stone Crusher Plant
Select the vibrating motor with suitable power; otherwise, both the screening efficiency and quality will not meet the requirements. Too large power will cause damage to motor. After operation in hot weather, there will be higher possibilities for the vibrating screen to be damaged.
Currently in order to achieve eco-friendly production, most production lines carry out fully sealed operation, which also prevent the equipment from damage out of hot weather.
