The circular vibrating screen differs a lot from linter vibrator screen in the aspect of structure design. Its structure is displayed as follows in the form of picture.

From the picture, it can be seen the circular vibrating screen is installed with a dip angle between 15°and 30°. The angle is about ten degree in the picture. The holder is mainly for supporting the screen surface. Without it, the equipment will be seriously damaged by great vibrating force. The rubber spring is used for noise insulation since it can produce more friction compared with metal spring. With small and steady amplitude, the rubber spring is installed between bracket and vibrating screen.

Multiple decks can be added in order to improve screen accuracy and capacity. The materials shall be fed and discharged along the whole screen surface so as to fully utilize the sieve and increase capacity.
