In the operation of stone crushing line, all the production equipment shall work within its handling capacity. The vibrating feeder plays an important role in maintaining steady operation by uniformly feeding the material. The blocking situation will affect production progress. In the following, we would like to briefly introduce the common factors that cause clogging of the feeder and corresponding solutions.

1. Improper installation of the vibratory feeder. Do not directly load the silo on the chute so as to avoid equipment fracture out of damage of spring plate and connection fork.

2. Feeding too much material causes accumulation in the frame. In this case, reduce the input and keep uniform feed.

3. Discordant connection of the spare parts. Adjust the compatibility of related parts and set the chute within specified amplitude.

4. There is excessive gap between iron core and armature. Make adjustment under such condition so as to obtain normal amplitude.
