Installation place

As a conveying machine, vibrating feeder always installs between silo and crusher and it has ZG vibrating feeder and ZGC vibrating feeder with different structures. ZGC vibrating feeder installs outside silo with simple structure and low investment. ZG vibrating feeder installs under the silo with long tank that can avoid the condition of clogging.

Installation method

After purchasing vibrating feeder, the operation rule should be made according to instruction. There are two types of installation ways of hanging and saddle installation that can decide with practical and environmental demand. Compared with hanging installation, saddle installation has the features of stable and reliable operation to ensure the tightness.

Installation angle

In feeding, feeder has the ability of smooth and average feeding while in order to save energy, the machine installation should has 10 degree or 15 degree declining to have an average and continuous feeding.

 

Besides instruction, it should have a testing operating to ensure stable operation before real working. In operation you should have regular maintenance and checking enabling a better working.
