Abstract:As an important parameter in working, vibrating frequency refers to vibrating times per minute. Low frequency and high amplitude can have high conveying speed.
Vibrating feeder can not only screen and convey material. In order to produce standard feeder, we should refer to its main technical parameters.
As an important parameter in working, vibrating frequency refers to vibrating times per minute. Low frequency and high amplitude can have high conveying speed. And high frequency and low amplitude is suitable to fragile materials by reduce moving speed.
Amplitude refers to the physical quantity of vibration that huge vibrating amplitude will have high speed.

Exciting angle refers to the angle between eccentric block and motor, that can adjust convey speed and thickness by changing eccentric force. Large angle has small exciting force, vice versa.
Installation angle always in 10 to 15 degree refers to the angle between tank and surface that will influence conveying speed.
In practical, there are many influencing elements. Such as, the conveying capacity of vibrating feeder, it also is influenced by the width of tank, thickness, material volume, and actual conveying speed that should adjust to reach better operation effects.
