Vibrating feeder consists of feeding tank, exciter, spring support, driving device, and so on. The vibrating source of tank is two spindles and gear.

In gravel production line operation, feeder always averagely and continuously conveys the next machine. The working process is soil, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, and conveyer. With its own weight, it cannot feed material that needs the motivation of v-belt.

In installing vibrating feeder, you should pay attention to the following things:

1. Checking and maintenance before opening. Making connection bar rotating two times by moving coupling and v-belt to ensure there is no blocking.

2. If there is bulk cement, you should pay attention to average discharge. You should stop to cleaning the clogging materials to ensure normal operation and workers safety.

3. In operation, forbidden standing inside or touching, cleaning, adjusting, and checking machine.

4. Ensure exciter oil surface is higher than oil standard and change them 3-6 months per time with clean gas and coal oil.

Right operation can extend machine service life, ensure continuous production, and avoid many economic losses.
