As a main equipment of machinery and metallurgy industry, vibrating feeder can continuously feed bulk and particle materials into crusher for further operating that can reduce labor costs. In real production, which kind of feeder we should choose?

 

Firstly we should ensure its output. Feeder should match the whole production line, as huge feeding quantity will have overload and clog condition and small quantity will waste motivation energy. So we should choose the feeder model with crushing demand.

Quarry location will influence the selection. There are two types of machine of ZG feeder (under the silo) and ZGC feeder (below and ahead of the silo) that the tank length of ZG feeder is longer than ZGC feeder. Thus ZG feeder has loose conveying and you can choose feeders with production need and location.

You can choose feeder with material size and soil content. If there are soil and particle materials among materials, you can use grid feeder or if you have purified material we can use steal feeder.
