Feeder is a kind of machine with unique structure used for transporting material from silo into production machines. In following, we will introduce you the structure of feeder in detail.

The feeder produced by Dingli is specifically used in mining for delivering stone into crusher. Under this condition, we will produce machine with its stability and capacity demand. Such as, our PCZ2125 machine should configure larger capacity feeder.

Vibrating feeder mainly consists of tank, electromagnetic exciter, vibrating absorber, spring, machine base, and so on. Then we will introduce all parts of the machine for clear understand.

Tank

Feeding tank mainly works as a conveying device and its loading strength will decide machine using life. Dingli feeder is made by fully killed steel that it has long service life and high loading bearing.

Electromagnetic exciter

Electromagnetic exciter is a kind of machine worked as exciter to move machine and improve screen efficiency. Exciter consists of dual eccentric spindle and gear and it is motived by motor, belt and spindle, also its vibrating strength is adjusting with eccentric block angle.

Vibrating absorber

There is rubber spring vibrating absorber under tank to reduce vibrating wear.

Armature

Armature is installed in the electromagnetic exciter and formed into closed loop with electromagnet after moving. Armature connected with main vibrating spring links all the spare parts in feeder.

Machine base

Vibrating feeder base is used for holding all the feeder spare parts. The structure Dingli adopted makes machine have hard base and stable operation.
