In the current market, there are various types of crushers. Hammer crusher differs a lot from other crushing equipment in the aspect of operation process.
Working Principle
After entering into the crushing chamber, the materials are first crushed by the hammerheads under high-speed rotation. Then the crushed materials rush to the crushing plate after obtaining momentum from the hammerheads. Through a series of shearing, extrusion, grinding and interaction, the finished materials are finally discharge from the outlet.
Advantages
The bulk materials generally suffer the impacting for once or more times in the crushing cavity. During the whole process, the materials have no direct contact with the metal elements of the equipment. So the crushing equipment will suffer little abrasion with high efficiency.
