Large Reduction Ratio

Durable Spare Parts

Since single-stage crusher is generally applied to crush the material with larger particle size, its wear parts should be durable in order to meet the requirements of intense work. Dry-Wet Application

With the adjustable lining plate as discharge port, the equipment can crush the material with 15% water content. Its normal operation in rainy days ensures the production output of customers.

Easy Maintenance

With large volume and weight, the single-stage hammer crusher can directly crush the bulk material with the particle size less than 1600mm. The assembled upper and lower shell facilitates, replacement of lining pate, hammers and other wear parts are connected by the joint bolts. The service access door in right and left ends of lower shell are available for the technician to clear material or repair.
