Single-stage heavy hammer crusher is not as familiar as jaw crusher, hammer crusher, but it is available into soft ore, stone material, and gravel production. Working principle

Materials are firstly placed on the supporting body after fed into crushing chamber. And then hammerhead will hit material as rotating. The hit material will be crushed again by hammerhead and discharged via arc plate.

Heavy hammer crusher is available in crushing coal, salt, gypsum, brick, and limestone, also fiber and flexible wood, paper, and other waste materials. Also it has the same effects of cone crusher in crushing production line, sand making production line, or beneficiation production line.
