I. Application

Gravel vibrating screen has heavy and light types. The structure of vibrating screen is with motor exciter, rubble spring, high wear-resistant material plate, sealing box. With the advanced vibrating principle, vibrating screen has longer service life, low noise, and high screening efficiency. It has a wide range of using in mining, coal, building material, chemical, medical, and agricultural operation and making.

II. Working principle and structure

Box has a simultaneous rotation with vibrating motor. Vibrating screen on vibration reducer has a lining vibration. Material will move and be screened by vibrating screen after fed into screen box. Vibrating screen consists of screen box, vibrating motor, vibration reducer, and bracket. This vibrating screen is with high performance feature, long service life, and adjustable exciting force and vibrating frequency.

III. Installation and commissioning

The height difference of bearing parts should be within 2mm. rubble spring should be selected with the same rigidity. In installation, ruble spring should be placed on the supporting base; the hole of rubble spring should match the convex of supporting plate. In adjusting cline angle, fixed bolts should be loosed for rotating supporting parts. The machine bolts should not have loose and noise condition.

VI. Maintenance and operation

Before launching, foreign material should be checked in case of influencing machine operation. The vibrating motor, supporting base, screen plate, and bolts should be checked. If there are opposition rotating of vibrating motor, wire of motor should be changed. Check machine noise and machine bearing parts temperature after operating four hours. Clean material after stopping machine. Add oil once per three months and maintenance once per six months.
