Vibrating feeder application field

Vibrating feeder is mainly applied into cement, building material, chemical, and metallurgy industries for material feeding. This is a special machine for transporting materials before medium and coarse crushing.

Vibratory feeder main consists of tank, exciter, spring spindle, and rotary device. The vibrating source of tank is from exciter and then exciter drives v-belt through dual exciters and gear by motor. Material will be discharged from the tank by opposite function for continuous material transporting.

Vibrating feeder working principle

Vibrating feeder can feed material into crusher by dual motors or special vibrating motor. As there is larger acceleration of tank vibration than gravity force, materials in tank will be thrown up and down for continuous exciting and material feeding.
