As a common machine in material screen, vibrating screen is an indispensable machine in mining production. In vibrating screen operation, base works as a supporter to ensure machine with a stable and balanced working. Now I will introduce you with the base design to understand production.

1. Base texture

Baes texture plays an important role in base design.

(1). Iron structure. In current market, iron material is rich and cheap. And the machine made by iron has good performance, simple technology, small casting stress, no artificial aging, high mechanical strength and fine shock absorption.

(2). Welding technology. Welding structure has high strength, and steel strength. With the same machine base, it can reach the strength of 2.5 times of iron machine and 30% lighter than semi-finished material. With short production period, flexibility structure design, large difference in wall thickness, it can adopt into the market of large and medium machine.

2. Welding matter attention

In welding we should pay attention to the structure appropriation.

(1). Material welding. Bad material has difficult welding condition and low welding reliability. 0.25% coal steel and 0.2% coal alloy steel has better welding condition.

(2). Reasonable welding seam. Welding seam is located in low stress area to have a huge strength bearing and small deformation. While welding seam shouldn’t place in the surface of operation and handling area. And we should reduce the welding seam amount and size with short welding line. To reduce welding seam stress concentration and deformation, we should have a symmetrical layout and try to make welding seam have a connection without intersection and concentration.
