II. Vibrating screen installation

1. You should transport support first for the spring connection between base and frame.

2. Install on the horizontal level.

3. Prevent wire in vibrating machine has violent vibrating, check losing condition of wire, and ensure use standard wire.

III.Test run

1. Open machine firstly and closed switch per 20-30m with counterclockwise rotating, if there is false rotating direction, please adjust them with trivolt.

2. Ensure work within extra current especially in high temperature areas.

3. No abnormal noise; if there is abnormal noise in working, please stop to check the problem. Loosened material parts may cause noise that we should fasten them while resonance zone in open and close machine has large noise, which is normal.

4. After test run, please feed few materials into vibrating screen and then increase them into demanded quantity and then stop adjusting heavy hammer until reach the best condition.

IV. Angle adjustment of eccentric heavy hammer

1. You can control material moving trail and stopping times by changing eccentric hammer angle. And in order to make screener reach the demanded condition, please adjust material screen into the best condition. (The two motors have the counter direction rotation.)

2. Adjust screener incline angle; according to the material weight rates, moisture, and place angle, you should adjust vibrating screener dip angle for high efficiency.

V.  Maintenance

1. Regular check motor and switch wear and losing condition, change wire into vibrating resistant wire to ensure without wrong direction rotation.

2. Stop and check machine with losing condition of bolts and fasten them.

3. Check abnormal noise and heat condition with professional technicians; if there are abnormal conditions in motor bearing parts, please add some lubrication oil.

4. Check tension condition and wear conditions of mesh and change them in case of influencing material screening quality.

5. Clean machine after usage to extend its service life.

6. Maintenance each three months and overhaul each 6-12months with losing parts, motor, clean vibrating device, changing or lubricating bearing parts.

VI.Mesh change

If you want to change mesh, please first lose handle and take down mesh rubber sealing ring and bolt and mesh structure and then change mesh. Please have a flat and tension mesh fasten screen and bolt.

VII.Using tips

1. Unload safety plate before launch.

2. Check fasten condition and connected condition of rubber base and screen, vibrating motor and screener.

3. Check vibrating motor, voltage, connecting control device of motor, sector angle, fasten condition of bolt, and motor install angle.
