On the morning of June 2, 2018, the managers of Gansu Pingliang New Century Group Co., Ltd. and other parties involved in the construction witnessed the exciting moment that Xinhe limestone crusher plant entered trial operation with expected capacity of 4 million ton per year. 

Xinhe Stone Crusher Plant is located in Sandaogou, Xiamen Township. Since 2017, the municipal and district governments have carried out centralized rectification of non-coal mines. The Group responded positively. In accordance with national requirements for green mine construction and development, the Group invested 200 million RMB to build an automatic limestone production line and a sand making production line. Their annual capacities are 4 million ton and 400,000 ton separately. In the following, we mainly introduce the features of limestone crusher plant. 

I. High-standard requirements for the design and equipment

Such stone crusher plant aims to be the first limestone production line which stands out for safe, eco-friendly, intelligent and large traits in local area. Since the project is determined, the Group leaders have inspected many successful projects and equipment manufactures in other provinces. At last, they chose Zhongyu Dingli as the supplier for complete sets of limestone production line. 

II. The construction period was less than six months

Since the construction of the project, the Group has attached great importance. All the parties and personnel participating in the project have tried their best to make it proceed smoothly. It only takes 150 days to finish 18,000 square meters of civil works and install more than 120 machines for the crusher plant.

III. Stick to scientific and eco-friendly exploitation

After the project enters production, it will carry out stepped mining and recovery of extracted mine simultaneously. The shock-absorbing pedestal will be installed for the equipment to reduce noise pollution; the production line adopts fully-closed model and automatic charging facilities to reduce dust; the greening rate of plant reaches 30%, achieving both economic and environmental benefits.

IV. Introduction of intelligent mine management system

The limestone production line introduces the intelligent mine management system developed by Zhongyu Dingli. Its purpose is to connect the operation data of stone crusher plant with the computer network. The system is a helpful tool since it truly achieves one-button boot, centralized management, remote monitoring and automatic sales.After operation, the 4 million ton/year limestone crusher plant will contribute a lot for local community.

Firstly, it will solve the problem that the downstream enterprises are lack of raw materials.Secondly, due to this project, over 1000 people will be employed to stimulate local economy. Thirdly, it will promote the development of local green mines to a new level.
