       Zhengzhou Chenxia is a private enterprise group with diversified engagement in mining exploitation, modern tourism and efficient agriculture. Now its stone production line built by Dingli is under application for National Green Mining with fully-closed management and national leading technologies, such as nano dust suppression, induction spray and remote sprayer.

       In February, 2017, Chenxia formally entrusted us to build a new 1200tph gravel aggregates production line. With our PCZ1820 as main equipment, this production line has increased its capacity to 700,000 ton per month. Besides, due to our operation of the whole production line, the overall management cost has reduced from 15RMB/ton to 13RMB/ton.
 
       It is also worth mentioning that this production line adopts intelligent system and unattended weighing system which allows remote card reader. Besides, the weighing amount can be directly displayed on the LED screen, which greatly simplifies the weighing process.
       In addition to Zhengzhou Chenxia, there are three new customers who also plan to adopt this unattended weighing system. It facilitates the operation of stone production line and improves the intelligent level of the overall stone production industry.
       As one of our eight core services, the production line operation service mainly includes managing & upgrading the production line, training operators and supplying parts. As for the customers interested in investment of gravel aggregates industry, such service is quite helpful for them to quickly carry out the operation of production line.
