01 Enterprise Action
On the 25th “Fire Safety Warning Drill Day”, Zhongyu Dingli organized a fire safety drill to strengthen the fire safety awareness, enhance the emergency response ability, and build up a solid safety defense line.
02 Study Tour and Exchange
On the 28th, a customer from Shaanxi Province visited Zhongyu Dingli for a business visit. Sun Lijiang, the regional manager of the Group's marketing center, greeted the customer and provided a comprehensive overview of the company's situation. This was followed by a constructive dialogue between the customer and the engineers of the company's design institute regarding the program.
03 Equipment Production
The Equipment Manufacturing Center and the Equipment Support Center cooperate in the production of non-standard products for the project, and flexibly deploy manpower to ensure that project products are delivered on time.
04 Pre-sales service
Engineers went to the project sites in Hubei, Yunnan and Henan to conduct aerial surveys, process program design, etc., and provided professional technical guidance for the EPC turnkey projects under construction.
05 Project EPC
The Jin Fu Xiang project is proceeding in an orderly manner according to the established plan, with some equipment installations completed and the overall progress advancing steadily.
06 Production Operation
Jiyuan Rongxin Project
Following a period of diligent efforts, the project team organized an engaging activity with Party A: a dumpling-making session to celebrate the winter solstice.
The Jingmen City Control Project will include the following activities:
Conducting safety production, environmental protection, and hygiene inspections in December. Inspecting and maintaining transformers, control cabinets, and other electrical facilities. Removing potential safety hazards to ensure production and operation.
Leiyang Minglei Project:
Strengthen on-the-job training to ensure that each employee follows the operating procedures, abides by the safety norms, and improves the output while keeping a strict quality control.
The Zhenjiang Shaogushan Project includes the following elements:
Overhaul and maintenance of dust removal equipment and facilities. Comprehensive cleaning of plant roads. These elements ensure a green, healthy, and orderly production and operational environment.
Ningxia City Development Project:
As a newly initiated project, it is currently at a critical stage. To ensure its successful operation, comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of professional equipment are underway. In addition, careful safety inspections are being conducted, and steady improvements are being made to hourly output.
07 Software Technology
The implementation of software projects in multiple locations is proceeding concurrently: Zhejiang Xinchang successfully completed the test machine of central control; Ningxia high-speed railway material level meter test, automatic loading debugging, central control system test; Jiangxi De'an bridge cable construction; Hunan Linxiang project, one or two changes in the installation of low-voltage cabinets are completed, and the installation of bridge construction is in progress.
08 Product R&D
The automatic transfer machine was successfully assembled and rolled off the production line without a hitch. From design to processing, assembly and debugging, every step has been devoted by the R&D team and production technicians. Now this equipment is ready to be applied to the new model of "Zhongyu Dingli Limestone Future Super Factory", which will help the industry to develop into a green, digital, intelligent and unmanned factory.
09 Quality Management
The primary objective is to promote the "Nonconforming Product Control Procedure" system and to emphasize the process of dealing with nonconforming products. This will help improve the quality of products by 2025.
10 Procurement Management
We conducted supplier inspections, visiting several machine suppliers in Shandong to assess their corporate strength, production processes, quality control, and other relevant aspects. This comprehensive approach provides a solid foundation for accurate selection.
11 Financial Management
The materials of Xinxiang Zhongyu Dingli Software Technology Co., Ltd. for the review of high-tech enterprises must be organized, and the financial data must be checked. In addition, data support must be provided for the review of high-tech enterprises in 2025.
12 General Management
Talent development: Internal competition for middle and senior positions was initiated in 2025, involving seven key positions. The company mobilized the application process, prepared for the bidding speech, set up a promotional platform, and facilitated career growth for staff members.
In terms of external exchanges, on the 25th, we participated in the "Sixth Second Council and Sixth Second Executive Council of Henan Mining Association," and on the 27th, we participated in the "China International Chamber of Commerce Xinxiang Chamber of Commerce 2024 Council" to participate in the construction of the Association and deepen the industry exchanges.
In terms of safety management, we cooperated with experts from the Emergency Management Bureau to carry out the safety acceptance of gas storage tanks. We standardized the management of inspection reports, emergency plans, training records, maintenance accounts, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of the storage tanks and build up the Group's safety line of defense.
