On April 1, 2017, the CPC Central Committee and State Council issued a notice to establish Xiong'an New District, which covers three counties of Hebei province including Xiongxian, Rongcheng and Anxin County and the surrounding area. Located in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Baoding, it has many obvious advantages: convenient & smooth traffic, fine ecological environment, strong carrying capacity of the resources and environment. With existing low-level development, it has abundant space for improvement. The planning and construction of Xiong'an New District will firstly select 100 square meters as the starting area. 7. Open wider to the outside world and become a new platform for foreign cooperation.
