As of the end of December 2017, a new sand making plant was completed for Chuandong Environmental Protection Development Co., Ltd located in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. Different from the traditional layout within the industry, this sand production line is not configured with stone crusher. The raw material (limestone) less than 250mm can be directly processed by the sand making machine. Due to simple layout and economic budget, it is quite favored by the customer.

The project is undertaken by Zhongyu Dingli. The raw material for M-sand production is limestone. After entering into production, this sand making plant will produce 300 ton fine M-sand per hour. The finished products are mainly sold to local market. The complete equipment configured in the sand making plant includes ZG1028 vibrating feeder, ZSJ1416 dual-rotor sand making machine and two units of 2YKZ3080 vibrating screen. Each of them is connnected by the belt conveyor.

The above design and layout for sand making plant is only applicable to the middle-hard stone. In case of hard rocks like granite and basalt, the VSI sand maker is recommended instead of dual-rotor sand maker. Once the customer have other specific requirements on cleanness of final products and environment protection. The sand washing machine and dust collector shall also be configured in the sand making plant.
