01 Corporate Dynamics 

From December 16th to 18th, Zhongyu Dingli was invited to attend the 9th China International Sand & Aggregate Conference to discuss with international and domestic sand and gravel colleagues about the best use of resources and the innovative development of the industry! ZYDL won the title of "Innovative Enterprise in Sand and Aggregate Industry". Jia Mingyang, R&D Director of the Group's Software Technology Center, was awarded the title of "Excellent Worker in the Sand and Aggregate Industry", and Wang Xingqian, Team Leader of the Group's R&D Center, was awarded the title of "Excellent Engineer in the Sand and Aggregate Industry"!

02 Equipment Manufacturing 

This week, the equipment manufacturing center of the technical reform successfully completed the automatic welding of vibrating screen legs, enhancing welding efficiency, weld seam uniformity, and aesthetic appeal. This advancement will support large-scale, high-quality production, laying a solid foundation for future growth and advancement in production capacity.

03 Equipment 

In accordance with the delivery and production plans, the Equipment Supporting Centre has been working diligently with all staff, producing consistently and methodically, delivering products for the projects in Hunan Linxiang, Fenghuang and Sichuan Beichuan as scheduled, and demonstrating a commitment to the projects through practical actions.

04 Pre-sales service 

This week, the engineers of Pre-sales Service Center and the marketing manager of the Group cooperated with the customer service team. They traveled to Hebei, Jiangsu, and Shanxi to meet with customers, review their process plans, and present a budget report. They also successfully completed the basic data arrangement of the PDM software, which lays a solid foundation for efficient development of subsequent business processes and accurate data analysis.

05 Project EPCO 

The EPC Project Management Center has been working diligently on the front line of the project to ensure the installation progresses in an orderly manner. The team successfully installed the Sichuan Beichuan vibration equipment and closely monitored the status of auxiliary equipment to ensure their safe and timely arrival.

06 Production Operations 

Jingmen Project: The executive vice president of the Group, Shukai Chen, visited the project site in person. During his visit, he inspected the safety hazards of each production link. He also received customers for site visits, ensured the safety of production, and helped the market expansion.

Jiyuan Project:Conduct safety education and training to promote a comprehensive understanding of production safety among employees. Utilize a combination of case studies and practical exercises to enhance the safety awareness of all staff members.

Zhenjiang Project:Conduct winter hidden hazard investigation activities, comprehensively survey key areas such as buildings, roads and slopes, and formulate contingency plans.

07 Software Technology 

The Software Technology Center has been consistently promoting the implementation of various projects, including the Jiangxi De'an and Hunan Linxiang bridge installations, as well as the Nanning Hengchang sales system debugging. Our engineers adhere to stringent norms and focus on the finer details, ensuring a professional and efficient execution of project installations and debugging.

08 Product Development 

This week, the Group's Product R&D Center concentrated on learning and practicing the operation of the PDM system. The training was led by professional teachers, and the participants practiced after the class. The team also focused on organizing the database of spare parts and machine equipment. This will allow for quick and accurate retrieval of information during the product R&D process, improving R&D efficiency.

09 Procurement Management 

The Group's Procurement Center places particular emphasis on the oversight of suppliers' materials and conducts on-site inspections in Phoenix and Linxiang, Hunan Province. During these inspections, the raw materials and equipment found by the suppliers are examined in detail to ensure the project's quality from the source of materials.

10 Financial Management 

The Group's Financial Management Center has been diligently engaged in actuarial calculations at the end of the year.On one hand, it has been working closely with various departments of the company to carry out data verification and inventory; on the other hand, it has been sorting out the details of current accounts and clearing up personal debts, so as to promote the Group to move forward to the new year with a clear and orderly financial status.

11 Integrated Management 

In terms of security prevention and control, the Group participated in the "Group Defense, Safe Weihui, Construction Deployment and Mobilization Committee," in response to the spirit of the meeting. The Group strengthened the guards' duty patrols, inspected the monitoring equipment and charging lines of the employees' carports, prevented thefts and leakage of electricity, and created a harmonious and safe working environment for the employees. 

In terms of manpower layout, the Group set sail on the "Ningxia Chengfa Building Materials" project by organizing fixed posts and staffing, building management structure, and talent allocation for subsequent operations and production. 

Regarding promotion and development, we aim to enhance the competitive procedure, clarify the job promotion standard, and establish a designated period for the positions to be competed. This will ensure that newly promoted managers can find their footing early on and transition smoothly.

12 Branding

 At the 9th China International Sand and Gravel Aggregate Conference, Zhongyu Dingli presented its innovative concept, "Intelligent mine management system reshapes the new mode of sand and gravel industry management," to domestic and foreign colleagues in the sand and gravel industry through visual aids and speeches. The presentation earned the company several honors, solidifying its brand positioning: "fast, intelligent, operation, and create a new mode of full life cycle mine management." The Group's brand positioning of "fast, intelligent, and operational, creating a new model of mine management in the whole life cycle" has been validated by these honors.

13 Customer Services 

The customer service center of the Group market orchestrated the delivery of dust removal equipment, crushing equipment, and export feeding equipment in an organized manner, and exerted every effort to ensure the delivery of customer orders. 

14 Information Management 

This week, the Group's Information Technology Department successfully completed the deployment and implementation of the PDM system.On December 19, it organized the technical staff of the Group's product development center to carry out training on the operation of the whole process, explaining the methods of uploading graphic materials and synchronizing PLM to generate BOM data.The Group is committed to improving the OA process and implementing a new intermediary procurement business model, ensuring a more rigorous and standardized approval process for procurement contracts with printing.
