Belt conveyor is a necessary conveying device in the stone crushing line. Like the crusher, it also has many precautions during the operation as listed below:

1. Before operation, make sure conveying equipment, workers and materials for transport are well prepared. Then check whether all the moving parts work normally without foreign material. Make sure all the electric circuits are normal and the gap between supply voltage and rated voltage shall not exceed 5%.

2. Start the belt conveyor and turn on the main power switch. Check whether the electricity has been fed normally and the power indicator is on.

3. Turn off the power of each circuit. Make sure the equipment stops operation, indicator light of belt conveyor is off and the indicator of converter turns on and the display panel is normally displayed.

4. Start each electrical device in an orderly manner after the motor has entered into normal operation.

5. Note to operate the belt conveyor within its limit as required. Besides, it is prohibited to contact any moving part such as electric element and switch button in the operation.

6.Avoid broken circuit of converter during the operation of belt conveyor. If there is need to make repair, first stop the machine so as to prevent damage of conveyor.

7. Cut off the main power only after the system is fully stopped because of pressing the stop button.
