River sand production line shall be equipped with special production equipment so as to fully crush the gravel in the river. In the following, we would like to briefly introduce its difference compared with that adopted in the dry sand production line.

      In the aspect of equipment configuration, dry sand production line requires no extra equipment for direct processing of the material, however, the river production line should be configured with sand washing machine so as to clear away the impurities mixed in the finished material. In the projects with much pollutant, the material shall be cleaned for more than once.

       The equipment applied in river production line should have strong wear-resistant capability. Take pebble for an example, our hard rock crusher is a more suitable choice with the hammers made from anti-friction material. The wear-resistant spare parts will prevent equipment from easy damage.

      Whether in the river production line or dry production line, it is applicable to mix with different types of raw material. For example, it is quite common to crush the combined material of basalt and granite or limestone and bluestone as long as they have similar hardness.
