Introduction
 There are two basically crushing solutions for the sand production line. The layout for hard rock, such as granite and pebble, mainly includes jaw crusher, shaping hammer crusher, dual rotor sand making machine, sand washing machine, vibrating screen, feeder, belt conveyor and related dedusting equipment. As for the rock with relatively small hardness, the new heavy hammer crusher can be used to replace the combination of jaw crusher and shaping machine, which greatly reduces the investment for equipment.
Sand Production Line Workflow
 The stone is first crushed by jaw crusher. Then the crushed coarse material is conveyed to hammer crusher for further crushing. Then the shaped materials are screened into two types of stone by vibrating screen. The stone with qualified size is conveyed into sand making machine and the rest is returned to shaping machine for repeated processing.
 To crush the material with hardness not exceeding 200MPA, the heavy hammer crusher can be adopted to replace the first two crushing stages. In this way, it greatly simplifies the entire process and saves a lot of investment & operating cost。

  The manufactured sand is sold 100-150 yuan/ton in the current market, so it has bright development prospect with much profit.
