Besides, the rotor is added with protective ring to effectively extend the service life of crusher. Hammers as the most important parts for crushing are made from high-chromium alloy, the most wear-resistant metal with high hardness.

  In addition to the subject factors, some objective conditions also affect its use life.

1.The material with the size exceeding the limit should not be fed into crusher. Select suitable feeder and try to avoid overload or no-load feed.
2.It is prohibited to feed inapplicable material, such as solid iron, steel and other metal which could cause damage to the spare parts. If there is too much water included in the material, it will lower the production efficiency of hammer crusher and speed up the abrasion of spare parts such as hammers.
3.Watch closely on the abrasion of hammers. Timely reverse or change them to make sure the rotor to run in a balanced manner.
4.Regularly carry out maintenance; fasten bolts and add lubricate as required in the manual.
