While under intensity operation, impact hammer crusher may have troubles of large discharging material size and heated bearing. Besides, there will be abnormal vibrating conditions. Then how can we find the reasons and solve these conditions.

 

Reason1: improper basic handle

With intense vibrating and bad working environment, the loosen foot screw and improper base handling will cause machine abnormal vibrating.

Solution: in installing impact hammer crusher on concrete base, we can also add hard wood and rubber between stone crusher and concrete for ease vibrating and noise. With heavy base of 5-10 times of machine, we should fasten them in case of breaking machine.

Reason2: imbalance rotor

Rotor as the core operating parts of impact hammer crusher should pay more attention to balancing. Because abnormal vibrating condition will speed up hammerhead wear condition and reduce machine service life.

Solution: before put into market, crusher enterprise will test rotor for static balance. In installing we also measure and adjust rotor. In changing and maintaining machine, we should pay attention to the balance of hammer head sides.

Reason3: loosen and broken of wear parts

In the chamber of impact hammer crusher, liner, hammerhead, and grid are the easy broken parts. And they may have the conditions of loosen and broken that will cause abnormal hitting noise and vibrating.

Solution: we should adopt reliable wear parts for long service life. In maintenance, we should timely maintain and check them to avoid huge failure.

Reason4: huge feeding material

In feeding process, huge material in crushing machine and without crushing, it will cause machine abnormal vibrating.

Solution: we should have a pre-separating after blasting the rocks to ensure they are under the crushing scope. Finally we should add test sector before crushing to avoid bulk material, drill bits, and metal material flee into crusher.
