Rock will have higher humidity and adhesion in tropical region. So that in crushing these rocks, reasonable production line configuration will have a higher production capacity and grinding cost. Also long rainy day will make mining crushing machine and production capacity get reduced in open-cast mines.

Wet crushing principle

In crushing wet and adhesive rock, material washing is indispensable for improving stone grinding production capacity and separating mineral soil. With materials of higher mineral content should be handled or else it can be abandoned.

Wet handling proves

This is the basic stone grinding process. Raw mineral should be handled firstly and then grinded, graded, and flotation. This method can simple crushing process and improve metallurgy performance feature and reduce cost.

Crush and clean

Install heavy feeder under silo for adjusting wet stone moving. Feeder wear surface and roller stand in the wet stone material, so that it needn’t maintenance.

There are roller and vibrating rods. 2 inch feeding opening with 150-200 TPD stone crushing demand can ensure wet material have smooth production. Besides, high pressure water can benefit the later operation of jaw crusher.

Fine material from feeder and crusher will have further washing conveyed by conveyer and trommel. After two crushing stages, cone crusher machine will have less washing works. And crushing process can be set with closed or opened with material physical feature or machine size.
