The working principle is that material of mountain can be conveyed into crusher by vibrating feeder, and then the material is crushed by high chrome alloy hammer, impact liner, and material; it is screened by vibrating screen for different material sizes. Heavy hammer crusher has high efficiency, simple stone production process, low and production costs.

  1. Hammerhead made by high chrome alloy has 3-4 times service life of traditional one. Hammer disc has wear and demountable ring to prevent rotor from stone wear and extend rotor service life. On the back of shell, it has strength plate to prevent machine from stone breaking.
  2. Adjustable liner taking place of traditional grid section can ensure it has a smooth material discharging.
  3. High crushing ratio and high output. It can crush 1600mm bulk material into less than 25mm with cubic and average material shape, which meets the huge construction stone standard.
