Background:

With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid growth of various infrastructure and industrial and civil construction, the rapid development of highway, railway, real estate, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction, the demand for gravel aggregates, as important engineering raw materials, surges greatly. The original natural gravel resources in terms of quantity and quality are unable to meet the needs of large-scale infrastructure projects. Except the artificial gravel, there is no effective alternative. The market price of artificial sand is about 30-50 yuan / ton. Except the pre-site selection, equipment investment and wear parts consumption in the process of production, it basically needs no other funds. Guizhou is China's province with rich mining resources, so it is the general trend to construct the large gravel production line. By grasping the market opportunity in the right time, the gravel factory in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province introduces an 800-1000T/H fine sand production line with the overall use of sealed production methods, responding well to the national call on environmental protection during resource integration.

Analysis:

1. Project design: the 800-1000T/H gravel production line mainly uses the joint production technology of double PCZ1615 heavy hammer crushers, the star product of Zhongyu Dingi. The closed-loop system is formed to increase the hourly capacity and ensure the crushing degree of aggregates within the suitable range required for the particles. In order to ensure the cleanliness of aggregates and reduce the load of crusher, the vibrating screen feeder especially for the soil removing is adopted in the first stage of feeding while in the back end, the four screens are divided into two groups for combined screening so as to screen the fine finished materials meeting the application requirements. Compared with others, the above-mentioned process are boasted with light installed capacity, convenient maintenance of the machine, less investment, quick effect, and the finished aggregate particles are with good shape, high cleanliness, sound strength and strong compression.

2. Production & installation: it has totally lasted for 6 months in finishing the entire production line since May, 2013 when the contract was signed. It includes the process design of the entire production line, manufacturing and installation of a full set of production equipment and the final enabling of the standard operating procedures.
