Background

With the rapid development of China's highway, railway, real estate, water conservancy and other infrastructure construction, the demand for gravel aggregates surges greatly. The original natural gravel resources in terms of quantity and quality are unable to meet the needs of large-scale infrastructure projects, so it has become a general trend that fine artificial sand will replace the natural sand. At present, artificial sand production has become an ascendant industry. The market price of artificial sand is about 30 yuan / ton. Except the pre-site selection, equipment investment and wear parts consumption in the process of production, it basically needs no other funds. By grasping the market opportunity in the right time, the stone plant of Hangzhou, Zhejiang introduces a 600T/H large gravel aggregates production line.

Analysis

    1. Process design: the 600T/H gravel production line of Hangzhou Stone Plant in Zhejiang, mainly adopts the combined crushing technique with two sets of Dingli's heavy hammer crushers. The closed-loop system formed not only increases the hourly capacity but also guarantees the crushing degree of the aggregates is within the required size range for the particles. In order to ensure the cleanliness of aggregates, Dingli’s vibrating feeder functioned with soil removing is adopted in the feeding end, which is the first channel. In the back end, the finished materials in line with the application requirements are screened through the screening equipment with reasonable configuration, two in the front and two in the back. Compared with others, the process using the above equipment has the advantages of light installed capacity, convenient maintenance, less investment and quick effect, and the finished aggregate particles have good shape, high cleanliness and high strength, etc.

    2. Production & installation: it totally takes 2 months to complete the entire production line since Mar 13, 2011 when the contract was signed. The whole procedure includes the process design of entire production line, equipment manufacturing & installation and the final enabling of standard operating procedures.
