Application:good quality of gravel materials produced guarantees the quality of concrete. The raw materials can be simultaneously processed into three finished products, namely gravel, concrete and dry mortar, fully extending the industrial chain. Such a production line is specially designed for the production of concrete.
Production line configuration: Dingli’s vibrating feeder ZG1550*1 set, a heavy hammer crusher PCZ1615 a, ZSJ1218 dual rotor sand maker, 4 YKZ3070 vibrating screen *2 sets, 2 YKS2060 vibrating screen*1 set, a GS200 sand separator manufactured by Dingli especially for mine production.
Background：
With the rise of national infrastructure projects, a large number of production and construction projects are in progress, followed by a sharp increase in production of building materials. As a very important kind of building materials, the need for concrete is also increasing. In order to achieve self-sufficiency of concrete production, Hunan Hengyang Hua’an Concrete Plant, as an enterprise specially engaged in the production of concrete, also needs a large amount of raw gravel materials to achieve the progressive development. Hua’an cooperates with Dingli to design a professional gravel aggregates production line by introducing a 500T/H production line of our company.
Analysis:
1. Process design: designed by Dingli’s professional and technical personnel, the gravel production line of Hunan Hengyang Hua’an Concrete Co., Ltd. selects the equipment directly manufactured by our company. A set of heavy hammer crusher PCZ1615, Dingli’s star product, has the capacity of more than 500T/H. The equipment of a ZSJ1218 dual rotor Sand Maker ensures that the shape of the finished materials can meet the requirements for concrete production. The dry sand separator GS200 can fully collect the waste powder produced in the production line, truly achieving the environmental production.
2. Production & installation: it just takes 3 months to complete the entire production line since March, 2014. The whole procedure includes the design of entire production line, equipment installation and the final enabling of standard operating procedures.
