With environmental deterioration, more and more people pay attention to mining development. As to the main issue of environment, mining industry, devoted a lot for national economy, has little praise among human. We should improving technology and deduster to solve this problem.
Since the production of deduster in 1950s, it is widely used in China. With constant technology upgrading, now it has over 99% dedusting rates and becomes the most improved efficiency deduster. In dedusting, we mainly use pulse bag. Now we will brief you with the solution.
I. Installation error
Common pulse bag deduster is working with the flexible ring in filter bag to make filter bag press in the plate and separate medium and upper box. If there are gaps, it will have dust flow.
II. High differential pressure
As to high differential pressure problems, it will have low dust handling capacity and system energy consumption.
Reason & Solution：
1. High temperature without any measures that has huge temperature difference between deduster and outside environment that has steam and high dust moisture and viscosity.
2. Mismatching bag texture and dust performance clogs void. You should choose membrane filter with huge density, small size, and huge moisture and viscosity.
3. Mismatching pulse jet system parameter has waste duster cleaning. If there is long time and small width pulse jet and low pressure, it will reduce pulse bag quantity and increase dust with new parameter.
4. High dust density and wind speed will cause high bag pressure difference. So we should reduce dust density and wind speed by enlarging the screen scale.
III. Broken condition
It will have broken condition or even pore by using pulse bag deduster. And in dust cleaning, it also breaks bag with high pressure wind. And broken bag will increase dust density and then break the shell and vane of fan.
Solution:
1. Select wear resistant material for longer bag service life.
2. Regular checking and quick handle ability. You can adhere or mend them with small pore and change them with big pore.
