1.Processed dust properties. The bag filter efficiency is directly related to size, weight, shape and density of the dusty gas. It has sound dedusting efficiency, especially for the dust with large size, heavy weight and irregular shape.

2.Bag performance of the filter. As core part of deduster, the performance of bag will influence its efficiency. It is advised to adopt the bag that can filter fine dust. With small eyelets weaved by fabric coordinates, it can increase effective filtration area and reduce drag force. Besides, the fabric fur should be long and flexible so as to cover the eyelet and collect fine dust.

3.Filtration speed. With smaller filtering speed, it may be easier for the filter to collect fine particles. On the contrary, the large speed will accelerate the dust to penetrate the filtering materials and reduce efficiency of the equipment.

4.Dust layer of filtering materials. Dust layer of filtering materials. When the new bag filter just enters into operation, there is no dust layer on the filtering materials. At this time, the equipment has poor ability to collect dust. With gradual formation of dust layer, the efficiency has also been improved. If dust layer is completely formed, the dust collection efficiency can reach 99%.

5.Air leakage and resistance: In theory, pulse bag filter can collect 99% dust. However it is abnormal thing in reality. The dedusting effect will be better with less air leakage. The filter bag should be frequently cleaned up so as to reduce drag force and improve dedusting effect.
