1. Using temperature

6. Machine resistance

7. Discharging dust concentration

8. Dust-clean pressure

9. Machine pressuretight

10. Airflow velocity

11. Dust-clean method

There are two methods of online and offline dust-clean.

Online dust clean refers to filter bag by filtering dust air with pulse spry. Online dust clean has small influence to system fluctuation and uncomplete dust clean and cannot be maintained online.

Offline dust clean refers to dividing dust collector into many filtering rooms. And each filtering room should install offline valve, air cylinder, and electro-magnetic pulse valve. Each filtering room should be closed before making dust cleanness. The features of this machine have completed clean efforts and reparable online but have high costs and large influence to dust-air system fluctuation.

In selecting dust-clean methods, there should be a comprehensive consideration of technology and customer systems. Online dust cleanness is available to small and low dust concentration machine and offline dust cleanness is available to large and high dust concentration machine.
