Bag filter is required in all the stone crusher plants in response to national call to protect environment. As a major component, the bag is used to collect the dust produced during the operation. As for the bag full of dust, the users will consider to clean it. In the following, we briefly introduce how to clean and maintain the bag dust collector.

      The common method is to clean the dust in the bag with high-pressure or external air blowing the bag. The powder is discharged out due to pressure difference.

      The second method is to clean the bag under the force of machinery vibration in the middle of top of bag. With periodic movement of machinery vibrating device, the gathering dust will rapidly get rid of the bag surface.

      The third is to adopt manual tapping. As for the small filter bag, manual tapping is generally adopted to clear away the dust. However, we try not to use this method since the dust can not be fully cleaned.

      The commonly occurring problems for bag dusters are abrasion and material clogging of bags. In order to cope with this, it is advised to select special tool to carry out cleaning and repair the filter screen with suitable material.
