Common Failure & Solution in Filtering

Filtering bag is the key part in pulse bag filter with over 70% failure rates. The common failure is clogging that will reduce handle capacity which is caused by huge amount of moisture. And bag broken problem that is caused by small bag distance and frequent friction. As to the first problem, we can pre-heat dust air and adjust filtering speed into proper condition; as to the second condition, we can place bag with rectangle form to avoid bag clashing and adjust waste air quantity and speed to protect bag. Also frequent bag clean and high dust air content will break filtering bag.

Common Failure & Solution in Ash Cleaning

Pulse bag filter adopts press air cleaning. Ash cleaning machine consists of air bag, blowpipe, and electromagnetic pulse valve. As the thickness of dust has resistance, if you open pulse valve of ash cleaning device, press air will rush into bag and make bag deform and vibrate that will also make dust fill into ash bucket and complete the dust collecting process. In this process, the main failures are slow opening and closing valve, broken pipe, and abnormal system controlling. So that we should regularly change pipe and fasten and change diaphragm and maintain failure component.
