Major Factors that Influence Selection of Pulse Bag Filter
With different structure and working principle of pulse bag filter, there are various types and modes of vibrating bag filter, reverse flow bag filter, pulse bag filter. And then we should know how to select the dust collector in real dust removing area.

Temperature
Different areas have different dust temperature; such as, smoke has over one hundred Celsius degree, which will break pulse bag that should use glass fiber filter. Meanwhile, if temperature is lower than dew point that will form into dew and dampen pulse bag. Many dust adheres in filtering bag will clog the air gap and influence productivity.
Dust concentration
Dust concentration will also influence bag filter that high density will shorten dust cleaning cycle and service life. Compared with traditional filter, pulse bag filter has high dust density of over 800g/m3.
Air quantity
Air quantity refers to the volume of unit purifying air. In design air quantity or select dust collector, you should choose proper air quantity filter for longer service life, no clogging, and low pressure, high dedusting efficiency. And proper air quantity decides with technology and experience with 7200m3/h-96000m3/h.
Wind speed
Filtering speed has gross and net filtering speed. Gross speed refers to handling wind quantity is divided by total area; while net speed refers to handling wind quantity divided by filtering area. Filtering speed is the important element of filter design and selecting that refers to the speed of air across material or the rates between air quantity and material area expressed with m/min.
