2. Imbalanced level of the two supporting surfaces in supporting rotor spindle. Upon this condition, you can add copper below supporting bearing or adjustable wedge under bearing foundation.

II. Imbalanced machine

Uneven hammerhead weight will cause coal crusher have imbalanced operation. Then adjusting connecting device and motor will help you solve this.

Reselect hammer plates to reduce their weight difference. Have a balance test after motor repair to ensure have a balance operation.

III. Unstable installation base of coal crusher

Loose or unstable coal crusher base will cause crusher have an abnormal vibration. So ensure have even bolts fastening in installation or maintaining machine. Also you can install damping device to reduce vibration.
