Introduction

Production Line Process

1. Feeding
Vibrating feeder can convey materials into various crushers and screens with their technique process.
2. Crushing
As the core parts of the whole set equipment, it majors in crushing various minerals into demanding sizes with many different performance crushers.
3. Screening & Conveying
This process is screening crushed minerals. In the compound gravel production line, we should divide gravel and stone and convey them into their own stockpile with linear vibrating screen or other types of screening equipment.

Performance feature

As a specific equipment of producing building gravel and stone, gravel production line saves about 50% - 60% energy to traditional sand maker. It is widely used in stone industry, mining, metallurgical, building material, rail way, hydraulic, and chemical industries with 50-1500t/h capacity and organized and graded with different demand. There are three performance advantages:
1. Convenient transportation style and maintenance. With the highest quality wear parts, it has less wear, long service life, and considerable interests.
2. Fully automated operation with high productivity and crushing rates and large handle capacity. With cubic products size and less nail plate sized material, it has higher compressive strength.　
3. With broad application field of limestone, bluestone, coal gangue, coal, and other rocks, it completely reaches the standard of GB14685-2001 that can provide quality aggregates for higher rail way, hydraulic industry, and concrete mixing station.

Process

Stone is firstly crushed by heavy hammer crusher, and as it reaches the demand will be screened into finished materials by vibrating screen and the unqualified ones will return into the crusher for a second crushing. And then some of them are made into sand by sand maker and washed by sand washer into finished sand, the other parts of materials should be crushed again in the impact crusher until reaching the demand of building sand.
