Introduction

Bluestone is mainly the grayish thick oolitic rock and the oolitic rock mixed with leopard limestone. With the advantages of water & heat absorption, heat preservation, insulation, antiskid, moisture proof, cold resistance, and anti-freeze, it can be used for municipal construction, landscaping, flats and family decoration. With soft stone hardness, bluestone is often crushed by the jaw crusher plus impact crusher after exploitation. Due to its large reduction ratio, steady operation and other advantages, it is greatly favored by the customers.

Configuration of Bluestone Production Line

Process

After being blast from the mountain, the stone less than 1020mm is sent into the vibrating feeder by the dumper and then evenly fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. With the particle size of 150-300mm, the stone aggregates coming out of the jaw crusher are sent into the impact crusher by vibrating feeder for secondary crushing. Through grading & screening of circular vibrating screen, the aggregates larger than the finished product are returned to the impact crusher for repeated crushing while the finished products are conveyed to the stockpile by the belt conveyor.
