Production Process

There are two crushers for primary and secondary crushing and then sand maker for sand making.
First stage
Bulk cobble is firstly crushed by jaw crusher and then screened for secondary crushing.
Second stage
After secondary crushing with crusher, smaller material can be used for sand making by sand maker.
Third stage
Crushed cobble is firstly sent into sand maker for material shaping and then washed by sand washer for clean and qualified material.
Fourth stage
Finished cobble should lastly be stored.
